This course provides a scenario-driven approach to managing staff security within the Aware system. Security in Aware is layered and dynamic, with security templates and staff-level settings working together to define how users interact with the system. Case access configuration, covered in the Staff Management course, determines which cases a staff member can see, while staff security defines what actions they can perform within those cases and across the system.
This training focuses on understanding how these configurations interact so administrators can apply security consistently, avoid common misconfigurations, and maintain appropriate access to system functionality and data.
